You’re TERR-rific!!!

It is that time of the week again for Delightful Thursday at Digital Delight all of the designers have worked so hard to show you more of the new releases. The images I used on my card are Sasha and pup and keeping in touch sentiment.  At The Outlaws Twisted Thursday challenge anything goes and the twist for the week is to dry emboss on your card. It is so hard to see my dry embossing (sorry) I did used cuttlebug provo craft floral fantasy folder.

I do have to tell up I started to make a pop up card and had some problems with the directions so I ended up making a easel card. Used floral oval from spellbinder to cut the image out. The paper used is from K & Co. Brenda Walton specialty paper. Sponged around the oval with brilliance ink color line.

The punches I used are Martha Steward branch,  flower shower border. Punch a Bunch 6 petal flower medium and small, medium petal flower. Added Pearl pen to the center of the flowers color sunny yellow. The super tiny butterfly's are from a punch called tonic butterfly border.

Happy Birthday Suzanne!!!

Ok, Ok, Ok…. I’m so in trouble! I was to have this posted at 12:00am so it would be ready for this morning and for some reason I thought I had another day. I’m so sorry to all my friends on the design team at Color Me Creative, but I know Suanne will forgive (PLEASE).. ha ha! It is my dear friend Suzanne’s Birthday and every year we get together and do a theme and a blog hop in honor of Suzanne just because she is such a dear friend and our fearless leader at Color Me Creative.

So this year I picked Besties image she is called Miss May. Cut out the image with spellbinder lacy square die. The sentiment was punched out with stampin out their word label.  Colored the wings with gelly roll pens colors sky star and silver star.

Add some pearl pen color turquoise. Ribbon is from Michaels. Stampin up paper called Beau Chateau. Add an gem Emerald to her hand May’s birthday stone and May’s flower is Lily of the Vally, just thought you might want to know.

Now for all the tiny flowers the punches are Punch a Bunch mini sunflower, 8/flower, corner decoration 3D/5flower, corner decoration 3D/3, 8/tri leaf and the tiny butterfly is square picture 50/butterfly. Martha Steward Butterfly border and classic butterfly. Add the tiniest pearls to all the flowers.

We have just celebrated Suzanne’s 3 year of creating Color Me Creative classroom. I have to tell you I have been with her every step of the way. She has been my inspirations. When I first met Suzanne, I had some (50) or more copic markers all kinds of colors, numbers and letters. I had no idea what they all meant, but I would try and color with my pen and I was so unhappy with my coloring and I did not know why. I’m not a person to give up. When Suzanne started talking about classes she has my full attention and I could not wait for them to start. I did learn from Suzanne what the letters mean, numbers and how to buy the colors, boy was I surprised and I understood why I could not get anything to look good. Thought out these years we live miles apart but we have several opportunity to get together and if you read her blog she is real as crazy as she sounds but I have to say everyone has a blast and she is one of the most caring person I have ever meant. I’m so glad you are my friend. Here is too so many year to come! Happy Birthday!♥

Besties Challenge- Dies or punches

Hi-Ya!!

Welcome!!! Welcome all my friends to Delightful Thursday at Digital Delight!! All the wonderful designers have created cards this week from the BRAND NEW IMAGES THAT ARE BEING RELEASED TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME. So if you can stop over and see all the awesome NEW IMAGES!!!  My image for my card is called Karate Kevin, and how cute is this little guy? The sentiment used is from Keeping in touch sentiment. 

Now a little bit about my card. My paper is from DCWV , doodlin around paper stack. On the left side is what is called a classic clip paper fastener, they make nice corners. Punch for the sentiment is from Stampin up.  Colored around the punched shape used Deco glitter red, sprayed some smooch glitter and one the words used some spica color lipstick. Epiphany round self adhesive buttons.  

Also what is going on at The Outlaws Twisted Thursday is the challenge for this week and as always it is ANYTHING GOES AND THE TWIST FOR THIS WEEK IS TO ADD A BUTTON. We would love for you to join us. 

Added Scrapper’s floss color line to the buttons. Ribbon color is hot red fro Offray. The inside used Martha Steward border punch on the top edge and added one of the buttons.

The image I used is called Party hardy from Saturated Canary.

Cut the image out with spellbinder label 3 and sponged around the edges with brilliance ink color orchid.

Papers are from The Paper Studio. The two sentiments are punched out with stampin up modern label extra large and are from Door County.

Ribbon is iridescence light pink from Hobby Lobby.

My flower is from Hobby Lobby in the bridle department, they have them in all kinds of colors.

Inside of my card. Then copic markers used to color the image. I also used spica color blossom. Spellbinders labels 8 for a stamped or written message.

Keep On Rocking

Welcome to Delightful Thursday at Digital Delight. For this week all the designers have created so many stunning cards to add to your inspiration, so stop by and see all the wonderful cards. Sorry I have not been around much, I have had a lot of cards to get done and we have had some sad things happen and some happy things happen in the family, so life has been taking a lot of my time. So I hope all is well with everyone's family!

The images I used are Conductor Colin and Groove On sentiments. I did make this for my grandson (Aiden) he plays the piano and the violin and he has a concert coming up in May.  Thought this would make an interesting easel card.

The only die cut used was spellbinder floral oval. The punches are from stampin up called 1 1/2 inch scallop circle, 2 inch scallop circle, photo label, decorative label. Viva pearl pen color blue. 

The paper is from recollections music note. The blue ribbon is offray 1/4 inch. Roses are from Wild Orchid.

To make the piano area I used black and white glossy paper. Cut the white keys 3/5 inch by 2 inches and used a corner rounder on one side. For the black keys cut them 1/2 inch by  1 1/4 inch and used the corner rounder one one side and used mounting tape for the black keys.
