Birthday Wishes

I hope you have a wonderful week end and the weather is nice where ever you are, it is going to be cool here. The challenge at The Outlawz Twisted Thursday challenge is starting and the twist for this week is to make a card or some kind of project that has wings. For the month of April we have two sponsors Ppinkydolls and the image I chose to use is called Butterfly girl and you can find her here.
PpinkydollsArt
  Gina Marie Designs who is
giving this lovely X Stitch Rectangle to
one lucky U.S. winner this month. Gina is a small business person try to get her own business started and she has some great prices, so please check her out.
The die cut I used on my card is from Gina Marie designs it is called Leafy Frame die and here is the link where you can find it.
This is a right side view.
All papers that where used came from my scrap bin.
I tried to get a close picture so you could see how the Nuvo glitter drops looked this one is purple rain. I did get mind at Sparkle N Sprinkle.
Punched out the sentiment with EK punch called Photo Labels. The sentiment is from Stampin up from one of their sets of stamps. Burnished around the edge with brilliance ink sky blue. Colored the candle with gelly roll star inks color blue, pink, red and gold.
For some of the edges I used Stampin up ticket corner punch.
The flowers are made with material and have the beads in the middle so I used V01 and BG01 and colored them with the copic inks. Found a small bow in the scraps and added it to the flowers. Used Martha Steward Branch punch for the greens around the flowers.  Found a lots branch on my table so added it to the inside.
On the inside I used the Nuvo crystal drops gloss crushed grape. I really like both of them. They hold their shape really well but still take a little awhile to dry. But you can make some up ahead of time.
These are the copic markers used to color the image.
Here is the close up of the darling Butterfly girl.
I hope you like my card. I love reading all the wonderful comments you leave.
hugs and smiles,
Pat
