Life is good

Life is good 2012
I hope everyone has had a wonderful 4th of July. It was a HOT one here… It reached 103 degrees yesterday and it is going to be just as hot today. I know some of you might say that not to bad because it you are reading this and your from the south I know it gets much hotter but our dew point is in the 60’s or 70’s so it feels like it is 110 or more. I’m not a hot weather person. Such is life. We have started The Outlawz Twisted Thursday challenge for this week is Anything goes with a twist of fishing. The challenge ends on Wednesday night July 11. I had this darling image from Charmed digital images.
Life is good left 2012

The dies I used are spellbinder scalloped edge frame and memory box delicate vine. Stampin up 1 1/4 scallop punch. In my stash found a fish button and added some scrapper’s floss yellow. Distress the frame with ink called scattered straw. Added some gems that look like star fish and a ribbon.

These are the copic markers I used to color my image.

Here is the close up of the image. I have no idea why I colored the little boy with the greens, I guess I was in a green mood for some reason.

Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you are having a good week.

You've captured the essence of summer by water just beautifully with this card! Love all of the summery colors and of course your coloring is awesome! Oh I so do not miss the Midwest humidity especially when the temps reach triple digits!
