Hello to all my wonderful friends and welcome to my blog. For this week at The Outlaws Twisted Thursday challenge as always it is “anything goes” and we add a twist and the twist is “to add a pocket to your card or make a pocket card”. The card I made today is called a “Criss Cross card” and if you would like to try any make one, I found the directions on Splitcoast stampers. Just to put this out to all my friends if you would like to be a guest designer for one month or for one week we would love to have you. Just put a GDT after your comment and I will try and get in touch with you.

My images is from Anne’s digital art and she is called “Suzy getting ready for”. I printed my image out on Cryogen Heavenly white card stock and you can fine that at Paper Temptress. The paper I used is Die Cuts with a View, Mariposa stack.
Here I removed the band I made for around the pocket card and placed a ribbon from stampin up 1/2inch stitched poly pear pizzazz, the image, and poppy flower from Sizzix die. I set it in front of the pocket part and I should of taken a picture of it without the pocket behind.
Here is a side view.
another side view.
The die cuts I used are spellbinders scalloped oval to cut the image out. Spellbinders Heartfelt creations layered scalloped Posy HCD 717.
The Sizzix poppy flower die can out so nice. I have several of the flowers dies and I want to start using them.
The little flourish I add was in my stash and thought it looked nice, so I added it. Added 3 metal dots to 3 of the corners. The little flowers come with the set from Heartfelt creations posy die. Added some Pearl pen color black to the centers of the flowers. I sponged around the edges with distress ink color rusty hinge.
These are the copic markers used to color the image.
I shared my other Orchid with you (still blooming beautifully) and this one was not blooming yet and I was not sure what color it was going to be (first time it has bloomed) so here is a picture and it is so beautiful. Not sure how much everyone knows about Orchids but once they bloom they last most of the time for more them 3 months.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Many hugs to all!
