My family had a wonderful week end and I do hope you and your family had a wonderful week end also. Little on the cool side but no snow this year. Digi Doodle Shop is the results of a mother and daughter’s love for the arts and crafts. It was started a little over 3 years ago with a little more than 100 stamps, and has since then grown to almost 500 stamps. Joy (the mother of this team) designs realistic images, while Judy (aka/daughter) loves the “fun side of life”, and create images with a cartoon flair. Having these two complimenting styles have enabled Digi Doodle Shop to offer a wide variety of stamps. It is a real honor and pleasure to sponsor this challenge, and we look forward to seeing all the amazing creations. We thank the design team for their incredible creations, and wish all the participants the very best of luck in this challenge.
The image I used is called Blue Jay. I taken out one of my Birds and Blooms Magazines and found a good picture of a Blue Jay and I tried real hard to capture the colors from the picture. The designer paper I used is Die Cuts with a View pack called Whimsy Stack. The punches are a corner punch for the flowers and marvy unchida mini birch. The dies are spellbinders lacy square, memory box delicate vine (I cut it) and breezy wreath (I cut it). I added for the middle of the flowers just a little Pearl Pen color Bronze. The ribbon I had but the pom poms are from Stampin’ up and the color is tangerine tango.
These are the copics I use to color my image and here is a close up.
I’m so happy you stopped by. I hope you enjoyed my card. Have a wonderful week.
Someone (my sister-in-law) sent me these pictures of the cutest animals trying to impersonate other animals so I thought I would share them with you. So you will have to wait and see what the next one is when I post my next card.
