Fuzzy Wuzzy is a Lion

Over at Color Me Creative we have a fun challenge that has started and I sure hope you join us. It is all about cats, dogs, bear, and lions or all animals that have lots of fur. I also want to share with you one of Suzanne Dean’s wonderful video’s on How to color Fur so if you have any problem on coloring fur this will help you so I do hope you will join us as you should know you do not need to just color your image with copic markers you can use pencils or whatever you color your images with. Suzanne has put these darling pictures on the challenge site to inspire you and I wanted to share them with you they so cute. I hope you think they are as cute as I do???

I just love coloring my lions they where so much fun to do. These are the copic markers that I used when I colored my image. My image is from Squigglefly and it is called Daddy Lion. Squigglefly is having a challenge right now all about spring is in the air

My card is some what 3D so I hope you can tell this is a side view.I did use a lot of Martha Steward punches I used her grass, cracks, laurel leaf around the page. Memory box fence. My sentiment is from The Angel Company. Then I have my homemade grass.

A Wittle Bug is thinking about you.

The Outlawz Twisted Thursday Challenge has started and for this week we would like everyone to make an Easel Card and if you have never made an easel card here are the directions if you would like to join us. You have until March 7 to enter you card.

Once I started on my card I just could not stop. The image I used is one of CC Designs images call Pixie Party Time Lucy digi image and I got it at All That Scraps. All the Scraps has a challenge going on it is all about sparkle I have added sparkle to my card with my Spica pens colors pink, baby blue and yellow and I used some shimmerz. Used the Spellbinder lattice rectangles to cute her out. The sentiment is from The Angel Company. The flowers are gypsophila on stem from Wild Orchid Crafts.
  These are the copic I used to color Lucy and I also used my prisma color pencils.
I made my yellow bug from my stash of ribbons, it was fun to make and put some wiggly eyes one her. I wanted you to see I used Martha Steward lady bug border punch, you can see it here.

I have just join a New Design Team at Nicecrane Designs, I love the challenge this one is going to be for me. Messy Girl

A fun card to make. Over at Color Me Creative Suzanne has started a new challenge group Called Mix it up- Mixed Media/Altered Art Group and Marti (pezadoodle) is hosting the group. Marti is a very talented person so I’m hoping to learn all kinds of things from her. We are doing Challenge #2 and it is to make something put you need to use a book page in your creation. So that is what I did. Believe it or not I have used all kinds of different mediums on my card but it does not look like I did. So I guess I will have to tell you.

I colored her with my copic markers and after that used some shimmerz on her dress, top and hair colors opal, aquar marine and sunflower. With the help of diamond glaze I added red fun flock to the heart and the cut pieces. Put flower soft in her hair kind called wildflower. Sprayed Memories Mist color blue martine on the printed paper. At the little girls feet added some of Suse Weinberg’s Beadazzle’s. For the background paper I embossed it with Ultra fine Crystal glitter embossing power. Metal dots red, gems red and some Fantasy Fibers. If you could see the card it just sparkles but for some reason the camera did not pick that up. Mo Manning has a challenge going on and it is Anything goes with Mo's image.

Just a little Irish

We have started our challenge #5 at Cards for Men and we are doing sketch for this challenge. So I do hope that you join us as you can see that the sketch is real simple. The challenge ends on March 11. Digital Delight is our sponsor for this challenge. The image I used is called Shamrock Pat. I would like to thank Starry Night Divas they have all kinds of wonderful free sketches on their site so we got our sketch from them.

Here is the close up. He is a real cutie. I sponged around him with distress ink called peeled paint and added some stickles colors line green and green.

Can you believe these are pictures of raindrops?

This is Our World, brilliant colorful raindrops. Their is so much beauty around us and all we need to do is look and see with our eyes. Being amazed by the tiny wonders of the world around us inspired inquisitive mines to photograph raindrops. These water drops were taken from plants just after it rained. I wanted to share the beauty of these pictures with you and I do hope you enjoy them as much as I do. They are just stunning.

We have started at The Outlawz the Twisted Thursday Challenge and this week it is all about ANYTHING GOES WITH A TOUCH OF GREEN, so I do hope you can join us this week. I just love the challenges at The Outlawz you can use any image you would like, we have challenges for every day of the week. Only one entry per challenge each week and it must be a NEW project for each challenge, no back linking and you need to put your card inlinkz. Here are the directions for entering your creation in the challenge. Once you are at the challenge site just enter here and it will bring you to the challenge.

1. At the top of the reply box next to the LINK you will see a light blue square.
2. Click on the light blue square and add your photo. If you are adding your photo via a link, enter the link in the link box.

My image I used for the challenge is from Pretty Little Stamp and it is called Cammy-Gift. My paper is from Die Cuts with A view. Added some silk flowers, lace, ice stickles and liquid pearls from Ranger.
These are the copic markers used to color the image and used prisma colored pencils to add some highlights.
