Wrapping you in an Angel hug

I do hope everyone had a wonderful Easter last Sunday. The Outlawz Twisted Thursday challenge has started and the twist for this week is Anything Goes. Bugaboo is sponsoring this week and the image I choose to use is called Bug Love Angel and you can find it here. She is so darling. I did cut her out.
Our fabulous sponsor for the month of March is

I did use more of my scraps to make my card. My bin is getting pretty low and that makes me feel really good.
The trim used is from Hobby Lobby come with the ribbon going though the trim.
Here is a left view of the card. Punch out the sentiment with Stampin up scalloped 1 1/2 inch and then used the 1 3/4 inch one to give it a frame. I also gave it some shimmer by adding some Wink a Stella color clear. Burnishing around the 1 1/2 inch punch with brilliance ink color coral.
Both of the sentiments are from TLC creations, they give out free vintage images and sentiment. I thank them for that. A lot of them are really nice.
These are the copic markers used to color the image.
Here is a close up of the image. You can see I added glossy accents to a few areas. I do hope you like my simple card for this week. Stop by and check out the other designers cards everyone did an awesome job.
Thanks so much for stopping. Have a wonderful week end.
hugs and smiles,
Pat

Beautiful, whimsical card. Sorry I've been MIA. My husband was dealing with health issues that kept me busy. Then I ha cataract surgery on both eyes in February, and won't have new glasses until I get a new rx until after 4/13. Hopefully, the epi retinal membrane (which causes vision to be not as sharp as it should be) on my right eye can be helped with the new glasses.

Wow! I cannot believe your gorgeous fussy cutting on this, Miss Pat! Beautifully colored, your little hug angel is the sweetest ever! It reminds me of night time in our cotton nighties as little girls when my sister and I would lay awake at night talking with each other. Your papers are the perfect background for your "falling asleep" angel! Darling card. hugs, de
