This is my first card for 2015 so Happy New Year everyone and now it is time for The Outlawz Twisted Thursday challenge and for the twist this week it is “WINTER CARD”! The designers the Twisted Thursday made some awesome cards this week and if you have time stop by and check them out. We have a brand NEW sponsor this month it is Bugaboo, this is their first time with us and we are so happy to have them.
My image that I used is called “Winter Bird Scarf”. They have so many adorable besides funny images.
Added a broken plastic snowflake to the one side, it was sitting on my table so though I would use it.
The spellbinder I used to cut winter bird out with is called Labels 40. I have used this one several times and I really like the size. I did add some of Martha Stewards crystal glitter fine to the true snow. I used Brilliance ink sky blue for the background. Added a broken plastic snowflake to the one side, it was sitting on my table so though I would use it.
Sentiment is from Stampendous K12 called You’re a Hoot. I love how they put the eyes in the oo. The punch I used for the sentiment is from EK success it is called photo labels.
I had no idea what to do with the inside. So I just took the left over papers and put them together and cut out some corners with the small scraps and this is what I came up with.
These are the copic markers used to color the image.
Here is the close up of the winter bird, he was fun to do.
Thanks for stopping by. If it is “COLD” where you live stay warm and if it is “HOT” stay cool. We just cannot win can we?
