Fleur Femme

Fleur Femme 2014
Welcome to my blog for this week at I Brake for Stamps. I decided I would use one of the beautiful Femme stamps. Della has many of these stamps and if you would like to see them just click here. The one I used is called Feline Femme.

This is what I did to the inside of the card. Left it open for a stamped sentiment or a written message.

Here is the close up of the image. I also added some clear mini beads over the image after I was done coloring the image. I used diamond glaze to hold the beads on but not sure if I’m happy with that. Next time I try this I think I will use some red line tape and a brayer, what do you think?

Thanks so much for stopping by. Summer is almost here, been pretty busy trying to get some plants planted outside. How has your spring been going? Do you have any plans to do any planting outside?

Pat, your card is a work of art! Spectacular coloring and floral embellishments. Love the beading just as it is. Your attention to details is amazing. Talk about perfection!!!

I love the clear bead texture. Makes it look tile mosaic to me and that's wonderful Pat! Those blue flowers are so pretty in her hair and then there's always your incredible array of homemade flowers!
As for planting, yes...the hubster and I just got done redoing the entire garden and I have so many cuts and bruises from my rose bushes, but I can relax and mend my wounds while I watch the butterflies land in the garden.
hugs to you,

What a gorgeous image, and I love the effect of the mini beads you've used to cover the image. And all those tiny flowers look fabulous! It's a stunning card, Pat.

Pat, I don't dare plant anything. I would be dooming it to an early death.
Gosh, your card is so gorgeous! I really love the way you finished your image with the clear beads. Soooo pretty! Love your card design & tiny flowers, too! :^)
Hugs, Penny
Have a wonderful weekend!
