Oh Deer!

Oh Deer 2013
For this week at The Outlawz Twisted Thursday our TWIST FOR THIS WEEK IS BINGO. We would love for you to join us. Stop by and see all the designers cards, everyone did a fantastic job. From the Bingo chart I used on my card was twine, digital image and different layers.
HOW TO MAKE A BINGO CARD.
Look at the bingo board, choose three in a row, vertically, horizontally or diagonally, and create  a card with those elements.  You could choose the top row, for instance, and so you use a die cut or a punch - a sentiment - and make it a card with more than one fold.  Or you could choose three in a row going from top too bottom, or three in a row from one of the top corners diagonally down to the bottom opposite corner.  The choice is yours.
Our Sponsor for the month of December is STITCHY BEAR
ALL OF OUR WONDERFUL IMAGES ARE FROM SITICHY BEAR, My images is called Baby Deer!
Oh Deer 2013 r
Starting with my background. I used several sponges (one for each color), a template and brilliance inks, colors are sky blue, mediterranean blue, orange, yellow, coral, beige, olive and gamma green. Stamped the edges with some branch stamps I have had. Punched out a 1” circle to use for the sun. Them cut my card stock down to 4” x 5.25”. The black frame I made using black glossy paper, cutting the paper 4”x 5.25” and using my marking on my cutter, going in 1/4” all around and cutting out the center. Them going around the inside and out with a black marker. Also used foam dots around to raise the frame and for the baby deer.

The close up of the image. I love the baby deer, he is so beautiful. I can see him standing in the woods.
He was colored with copic markers. Colors C01, E21 and E23. Added some stickles color star dust to the birch trees.

Pat, just watched the video and I'm so excited. My granddaughter and I have been trying some origami but some of it is too complex for her (she is almost 7) and for me too! This is something she and I can really have fun with!! Thanks for sharing!

This card really shows your artistic side and talent, Pat! The background looks stunning and I'm SO impressed by your coloring of the reindeer too!
I will try the origami technique! I've actually received some origami as one of my advent calender gift (NO - one never gets too old for advent calendars -lol)
