Oh Butterfly’s

Oh Butterfly 2013
It is time again for the challenge at The Outlaws Twisted Thursdays and our challenge is ANYTHING GOES and the TWIST for this week is to MAKE YOUR OWN EMBELLISHMENTS.  My project is made with four punches. Martha Steward punch and stamp butterfly, vintage doily, butterfly border and stampin up 1 1/4 circle scalloped .  The size is 13’ by 13”. The paper is from bazzill basic  colors mud puddle and sunset rose. The colors used for the doily's and the butterfly’s I picked from my scraps so I’m not sure to what the names are to the colors. It was 2 shades red, 2 shades  pink, 2 shades crème, 2 shades yellow. Why??? I have no idea…  Added a butterfly charm.
Our Sponsor for the month of August is Besties by Sherri Baldy, so we would love to have you join us for all the challenges this month. Stop by Twisted Thursdays Challenge and see all the images you can win if you join us for the month of August.

What I did with all the colors is I embossed them with cuttle bug folder dots. After that I added some inka gold metallic red, gold, pink to the embossed papers. Then I punched the butterfly’s out. On the bottom butterfly colored the antenna and tails with smooch black and the rest of them I out them off.

Here you can see the butterfly’s are three layers. Added stickles glitter glue star dust to the ends of their wings.

In the center of the butterfly’s added pearl pen yellow, red and pink.

I’m really not happy with the pictures, I had a hard time getting good ones for some reason. Thanks for stopping by, hope all is well on your end. I had a wonderful surprise this week my grandson Isaiah from South Dakota is here. He is growing up so fast, 15 years old now and another surprise he finally got his black belt in Tae Kwon Do, I’m so proud of him.
