Journey is just beginning

Journy is beginning 2013
The Color Me Creative Challenge #70 has started and the theme is all about GOROEOUS BRUNETTES HAIR/FUR. The challenge ends June 21 at 8:00pm. Our sponsor is DIGI MY WORLD and the image I used is g12752-3. The sentiment is from ginger house it was a free one so time ago.

The papers used are from my scraps, I had some travel papers. Distressed around the edges and also used distressed ink color brushed corduroy.

Spellbinders floral oval die cut to cut out the image. The sentiment marvy uchida punch (blue). The watch face is from krystal klear hardware, I found these watch faces at CHA last year at a booth for Gary M Burlin & Co. he is out of Cleveland Ohio and I tried to find the email on line, with his name this is what I found, it is a scrapbook place and I was going to try and find them but they have so much so here is the link if you want to see what they have.  I do not have anything like the Eiffel tower so I found this 3D sticker and thought it worked well with the image.

On the inside added some bards I had and also put a few on the front. A few flowers together and stapled together with Tim Holtz’s stapler. Stamped a few leaves with Personal Stamp Exchange or PSX that is out of business. Left open for a written message or a stamped massage.

The copic markers that I used to color my image and here is the close up of the image. I was not very happy with her hair, I was having problems with the E30, E35 & E39 so I put on new tips and I hope the next time I use them they will work just fine.

What a fabulous card, Patricia! I love all the details you've picked for this holiday/travel inspired card - with this pretty long legged girl with a suitcase (I'm very envious of her legs), the Eiffel tower, the sentiment, the paper with airplanes - it's great! I also like the attention you've paid to the inside of the card as well. Also I'd like to thank you for all those lovely comments you left on my blog today. It's really appreciated and I read them all!
