The numbers are brads. The papers are from DCWV Grade school stack.
This was a pretty easy card, nothing really special. For the sentiments used the stampin up punch called designer label.

Copic markers to color the image. I also used some Gelly Rolls pen colors gold, purple, rose, marine, red. Multiliner copic pen 0.3 color red add to the eyes. Here is the close up of the image. It is a fun image.
