I have been drawing since a child and studied graphics at College many years ago, I now work as a Medical photographer part time but my love was always drawing. I started card making about 4yrs ago when I bought my daughter a card making kit which we did together, but I’m afraid I got the bug! My daughter preferred scrapbooking. I then started looking online at other blogs and this then became my passion and I loved sharing my cards with likeminded people.
I love stamping and loved finding images, but sometimes I could not find what I wanted so I started to draw myself.
This then has become my second addiction and I have never looked back, I love thinking of new images, and its just fabulous to see others take them and make them into beautiful works of art. Long may it continue!
I have seen so many countdown to Christmas cards, I just had to try and make one. They said all you need to do is use the side step card so that is what I did and this is how mind turned out. I used Mo Manning image called Taste of Winter. Used my Zutter and bind it all.
The paper is from Heidi grace designs. Pearl pen color light blue. Stickles glitter star dust. Brilliance ink sky blue. Archival Versafine Majestic blue. Star gems and blue gems. Spellbinder exquisite circles.
The roes are from Wild Orchid Crafts. Punch bunch twig.
You should be able to right click on the side step card and save it to you computer, this is the pattern I used to make mine.
Copic marker used to color my image.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope your week end was nice and have a super week.
I will tell the next person is Shirley for tomorrow.
