Fly with me

Fly with me 2012
It is time for Card for Men Challenge 23 - Anything Goes, starts today and ends November 18, 2012.
At this time of year it's nice to break away from the Christmas Cards (or not) and just make a card for the sake of it.  So our theme for this challenge is 'Anything Goes', make a card or project in any style or theme you want.  Just remember it must be for a man or a boy to qualify.
So our sponsor this challenge is My Mum's Craft Shop which is run by one of our old teammates, Kitty.

My Mums Craft Shop is a bricks & mortar and online store. We stock many of the leading brands and specialize in rubber stamping. We have brands including Some Odd Girl, Stamping Bella, My Favorite Things, CC Designs and many more. We also stock a large selection of Dienamics, Memory Box, Sizzix, CC Designs Marianne Dies. We constantly have new deliveries arriving, check out our website for more products - www.mymumscraftshop.co.uk
Fly with me right 2012
For my card I used one of La La Land images called Pilot Luka. The paper is from die cuts with a view stack doodling around. Used some fluff around his hat and jacket. Embossed the paper with cuddle bug embossing folder argyle.  Die cut from Susan’s Custom and Card designs called classic corner. Metal dots green. Stampin’ up ticket punch. Martha Steward classic butterfly.

Here is another side look at the card. Sorry I have not been around much but things have been pretty busy for me and I’m trying to keep up with everything. I know things are going to be slowing down pretty soon and that will be good.

This is how the inside of the card turned out for the message or a stamped sentiment.

These are the copic markers used to color the image.

I love this image and the way you colored it. Fabulous job on the coloring and such beautiful colors and papers. I am not familiar with the paper you used, we must not have it here. It is a great card Pat.

Really cute Patricia and I stand in awe of your coloring. Great colors too. I don't know what that ribbon trim is but I sure do like it. That little boy's cheeks are rosy, rosy from the excitement of flight and the cold air brushing across his face!
