Happy Mother’s Day Jessica
The Outlaws Twisted Thursday Challenge has started and the challenge is “Anything goes with a Twist of Mother’s Day”. It ends on Wednesday May 9. I would like to thank all the girls that entered a card in last weeks challenge we had a fantastic turn out. Lets see what we can do for this challenge….. I made this card for someone special and I’m sure you can tell she likes RED. I haven’t showed my grandkids (Emma and Aiden) yet but I know they will be all excited to see it. I think this is the first time I have ever made a card and did not put any ink on the front of the card. I keep looking at it and I feel something is missing but I just can’t put my finger on it.
This is what the inside look like and I did used some ink it is Distress ink color worn lipstick. The sentiment is a stamp from inkadinkado. Sorry I can’t tell you who the Mother’s day stamp is from I have had it for a long time.
The die cut I used are poppy stamp die grand madison window and used Judi kins transparent emboss able window plastic, poppy stamp die grand flower box, poppy stamp die breezy wreath, memory box die savannah border and spellbinders ribbon tag trio for the Happy Mother’s day. Punches are from Martha Steward Garden Trellis and the floral lace edger. Heart gems 2 red in color.
I was trying to see if you can see the plastic in the window. I’m not sure if you can.
I know everyone is going to say that I worked so hard on this card but it was really not that hard. Everyone forgets that I love doing thing like this. If you get a chance we would love to see you enter a card in the challenge and also do not forget we have a FREEBIE sections over at The Outlawz and we would love for you to come and check us out, we have lots of fun things going on so I invite you come and see. That for stopping at my blog today and have a wonderful week end.

I love this card Patricia - the colours are fantastic and you have just given me an idea to use the trellis punch. Thank you for your lovely comments on my card. The corner die, the basket, tulips and leaves are all marianne creatables. Of course you know that the floral ovals are spellbinders. Take care. Marie-Louise
This is so beautiful, Pat! Love all the attention to detail and the color palette.
