FLOWER

flower

This week For Fun Challenges is a color challenge you need to use pink, blue, purple, green and yellow. YOU MUST chose at LEAST 3. So I hope you chose to play along with us this week. The sponsor is Meljen. If you have non of Meljen’s images this week she gave a way FREE a DONKEY and if you click here you can get the Donkey Free and make a card with it. We would like you to use one of Meljen images on you card for this challenge she has given away a lot of free images. Meljen has her own challenge blog every Thursday. Meljen sales her stamps thru Whimsy Stamps so if you would love to see what she has that is the place you need to go. My image is called “Pair of Poppies”.

Now a little about my card. I colored it with copic markers. I cut it out with one of Spellbinders Frameability. I was so lucky I found some scrapbook paper that matched my flower. I know, I should of checked before but I wanted to use those colors on the flowers and never thought they would be hard to match with paper and they where. No reason why I layered it as I did, just liked the way it looked. So I added some gemstone stars with the color theme and I was done.

Here is the close up. I hope you enjoyed my card. Thanks for stopping and have a wonderful week.

Lovely card Patricia. Awesome to way you set the image off from the frame. Really like that layout.

I like that you have not placed the frame directly around the motif, but put it a bit "wrong". Nice colors!
