Friends
It is Delightful Thursday at Digital Delight and all the designers have created some exceptional cards for you this week. So if you can stop by can check them out. The images I used for my card are called Dilly duck and lady bug and ticket sentiments. Digital Delight is looking for some designers to fill their design team, if you are interested just stop over and read what is required and sent an email to Wendy. It is a great way to meet some awesome designer, have a lot of fun and have lots of benefits.
The papers I used are from my scraps. We sure get a lot, don’t we? Added what they call bubble dots. They come in all kinds of colors but I want to tell you if you have the clear ones use your markers copic’s work great but if you have sharpie markers, they come in all colors and work get to color these little bubbles. If you have a Michaels they have them in the floral department and if you use a coupon you can get 40% off and they last forever.
Added some twine colors red, green and yellow. For the sky I used my template I have and the ink is from Brilliance color sky blue. If you do not have a template you can make one yourself, all you have to do is tear your paper, in a waving motion (not crazy) and keep the other end as a straight line, you can use that for your way far edge of the sky. Hope you understand!! The scalloped squares are Marvy Uchida (purple) punch.
I used Martha Steward lady bug border punch. My little lady bugs are tiny stickers, thought they would be so cute. As always inside is left open for added message or a stamped message.
These are the copic used to color my image… I know I say this all the time but you know what will happen when I do not say it someone new will stop by and look at the marker and wonder by they are their. Here is the close up of the image.
Want to put the challenge info for you just in case you would like to join in. So Delight Challenge for this week is all about DAD.

That just dills my pickle
Our Cards For Men challenge #11 has started and for this challenge it is all about good old DAD, can you believe it is almost that time of the year, that means we are half way though 2013, that is hard to think about… Where does this time go? I do have to say these images are just way too funny, the one I have is called BBQ Bill, that face is worth a thousand words.
The challenge this time is sponsored by Dr Digi's House of Stamps and the prize is 2 digis of your choice.
Welcome to the brilliantly bizarre brain of Dr. Digi's House of Stamps. Here you will find Monsters, Aliens,
Odd balls and Dundertons as well as many many more wonderful digital stamps. Our artist and founder cut
his teeth in the craft world at the company "Just Inklined", where his unique digis made a huge impression.
We're hoping to continue to entertain and amuse, with our growing catalogue of great value digis with
a sense of humour.
My sentiments are from TLC, they where free at one time they are called relish the fact and dill my pickle. Thought this card was just perfect for them and also TLC had free the iced tea with lemon drink and the condiments 3 but this was a long time ago. For the sentiment used 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 scalloped punched from stampin up.
The paper used for this card is from DCWV stack called nana’s kitchen. Memory box die called savannah border. For this sentiment used decorative label punch from stampin up.
These are the copic markers used to color the image. I also used some of copic multiliner sp colors yellow, red, green, brown, orange and black.
Just a close up of the iced tea with lemon and the condiments
Close up of the image.
I hope you had a wonderful week end, it was pretty cold here in Wisconsin. This weekend got together with some friends and we did some crafting and a hold lot of talking. Thought I would share the cards with you.

Dolled Up Daisy
Welcome to Delightful Thursday at Digital Delight. All the designers have created some wonderful cards for you this week. My card I used the image called flower power dolled up daisy and my sentiment is from the keeping in touch sentiment set.
My papers are from The paper studio. The spellbinder is the basic Oval, colored around it with brilliance ink color sky blue. On the sentiment added some pearl pen color blue.
I used tonic punches called petal pairs to make the flowers and added large red pearls from want to scrap to the centers. Martha Steward frond punch for the leaves. The lace was in my scraps and added that behind the oval and on the side areas. The blue sparkles are not gems, I’m not sure what to call them, they are just plastic but pretty. My girlfriend got these from a online store and sold me some.
Left an area open to add a message or can stamp a sentiment. The tonic border punch is called floral #2.
These are the copic markers used to color the image and here is a close up of the image. I added a red gem to her hat.
