Kitty got a black eye, poor Kitty!

  
Happy St Patrick's day to all my followers. As you can tell poor Kitty has a black eye! Did not want that to happen but when I appliqued the diamond glaze for some reason it gave Kitty the back eye and of course that was the last thing I did to the card. The Outlawz Twisted Thursday challenge has started and the twist for this week is to add layers to your card.
 
 
 Our wonderful sponsor is Bugaboo. The image I chose to use is called Bug Bug a Boo Cat. All the papers and ribbon used for the card are from my scraps.
The sentiment used is from TLC it was a free sentiment. The scallop punch is from Stampin up, the sizes are 1 1/2 and 1 3/4.
The pearls are from Basic Grey designer half pearls.
The inside is all scraps. Used the gelly pen to add faux stitching.
 
The black glasses are from The Paper Studio. These are the copic markers used to color the image. Also used Wink Of Stella pens colors pink, yellow, blue and green. This is the close up of the image.

    The black eye certainly gives depth to the card, Pat. And I like that. Great embellishments and a fun sentiment. But I too hate it when something doesn't turn out quite the way I hoped. Have an awesome weekend.

    Oh, I have had that happen too, Pat. So frustrating! He is still a cute little kitty though. The glasses are too funny. Makes him look even cuter!

    Don't you hate it when you mess up your card at the last minute? This was a great save...he's adorable with his black eye! Love those glasses on him!

    Oh, poor kitteh !!! Well, I guess he's lucky he got away with just 1 black eye ?!! :-D This is a beautiful card - I love the kitteh image and your fabulous card design. It's even wonderful on the inside too - superb !
