Hello everyone. Like to share with you The Outlawz Twisted Thursday challenge for this week. The twist for this week is make a ACTION CARD, this is a card that moves. It can move up, down, side ways any way you want it too. I made a spinner card. I thought I would share with you this video on how to make a penny spinner card.

I created the background with distress ink and several sponges. I did use a template for the sky.

My images is from Charmed design and he is called Tumbled Time and the Sea Grasses are from Great impression.
